The founders of Scoff Troff Cafe, St Ives, Cornwall, Andrew & Beverley met in 2004, and share a mutual love of food & travelling. Their passion for creating great food is inspired by sampling many different cuisines from their travels around the world; Street food in Vietnam, markets in Thailand, and uber cool cafe's in Melbourne, Australia. After starting out as an accountant, Beverley decided to leave her career behind and acquired a cafe/coffee shop in Cheshire in 2011. This cafe is now the number one eatery in Stockton Heath, and is one of Beverley's biggest accolades and drivers for the Cafe here in St Ives, Cornwall. Much of the food available at Scoff Troff Cafe is inspired from the success of the cafe in Cheshire.
Andy was an engineer all his life and decided to renovate an old van into a camper. This is when they started to develop their love affair with Cornwall, and eventually found St Ives after three further years exploring Cornwall. In 2014 they decided to take the plunge, leaving their old jobs behind and starting the new venture together in Cornwall. The business opened in May 2015, and proved to be an instant success.
